Which credit cards does Sanealcameras.com accept?

Sanealcameras.com does not accept personal checks, business checks, money orders or C.O.D. orders at this time.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until you product is shipped.

What is Sanealcameras.com's Return Policy?
Sanealcameras.com offers a full store credit or exchange on any item purchased from us on e-mail if returned in the condition received, within 14 days of receipt.  Product must be new, in the original packaging and is subject to inspection.

What is the process of returning an item for store credit?
To insure full store credit for your returns, please do the following:

1. Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. We cannot accept items after the 14 day authorized return period.
2. Call us toll free or email RMA Request for a Return Merchandise Authorization number

3. All items must be returned in original condition, including all warranty cards, product manuals, cartons.
   Include your Return Authorization Number and a copy of your shipping receipt in the shipping container.
4. Pack all items in a strong shipping container. Return your package freight prepaid. We cannot accept any returns sent C.O.D. or "shipping charges collect".
5. Return your package to:

6. Please indicate which product(s) you wish to exchange the original item for, or receive credit for.  In the event the new item of choice is of lesser value than the previous item, any unused dollars will be placed in a Sanealcamera.com gift certificate/credit for future use by you.  In the event the new item of choice is more expensive than the previous item, any balance owing will be charged to your credit card after you have been contacted and your authorization has been obtained.

7. Returns, for exchange or credit, that do not meet the Sanealcameras.com Exchange Policy will be assessed a 15% restocking fee, if accepted.
